Reviews Advantages of Serendipity
by a Guest - Garvin Hicking - August 11, 2009, 8:42 am
Serendipity developers listen to thoughts and needs of users, support their issues and tailor Serendipity to their needs. It's built for flexibility and standards-compliancs in all aspects; uses Smarty Templates for easy customization, has a plugin system easy to use (with 150+ plugins to choose from a powerful manager). Serendipity keeps a close eye on good performance and very much on tight security, and backward-compatibility for easy upgrading at any point. Enjoy Serendipity!

Not just a blog
by a Guest - John Lucassian - August 11, 2009, 1:20 pm
Serendipity is fantastic. Serendipity can be used as a CMS with all the trimmings! I run at least 3 different websites using Serendipity and only one of them actually has a Blog. There are tons of plugins available for just about any application and customizing my own templates was a breeze - even adding functionality to the admin panel and my website was easy. (There are plenty of download-able templates too!)

Big Trouble
by a Guest - klaipeda - March 24, 2010, 6:33 am
I found that I really disliked this serenstupidity! I spent a day searching inside the code trying to figure out how to ad a simple HTML "a href" link! It said to register a function if I wanted to add something! If you have plenty of time to dig around somebody's else code and to fight with it this thing is for you! When I asked serenstupidity a question they said that being at my 40 years of age I had my parents to sign a form and MAIL it back to them in order to e-mail them!
